New mask machine with the protective cover 140-160pcs per min

This is new design as the customer's request , it is comply with CE standard and can protect the workers safetly .

                                                       the mask machine is 9 servo motors 6 stepper motors with safety cover 140-160pcs per min . it has the ear loop folding deivce and the corrector and shafts . one set 18KHz 2600W ultrasound for the mask body machine , 2 sets 20KHz 2000W ultrasound for the ear loop welding machine .  and we install the ear loop folding device so that the customer can connect the mask packing machine directly and easily . if without the ear loop folding device , the ear loop will be outside , it is not easy to pack them when you connect the mask machine and the packing machine .  

we use Xinjie PLC and XInjie servo motors , then it will be very stable when it is run because the same brand can learn more details about their own products and make sure all parts can be stable and good . some client request to change the ultrasound , but we think it is not necessary because this is our final project design after testing for many times . don't worry .
